Atelier Bumish is an art collective shared between sisters Dorsa Ali Zadeh and Melika Ali Zadeh.
Bumish, meaning “earth” in old persian and “native-born” in new persian,
grounds the work of both sisters, inspired by their roots, culture and nature.

Dorsa Ali Zadeh is an architect and designer based in Copenhagen. Using her background, she portrays traces of architecture, space and culture in her drawings and creations.
Contrast of colours and working on different canvas is part of her artistic journey using matt paint, pastels, ink, gold and silver leafing in her works.

Melika Ali Zadeh is an interior designer based in Ghent. She draws inspiration from childhood memories, mantras, natural landscapes and stories in her works.
Her various artistic work consist of Persian calligraphy, graphite pencil and ink drawings among other.
